Hello Stephanie, Jen here in Ohio. I absolutely adored your article about cast iron.
Having your basic black iron skillet, I am somewhat familiar with what you said. But
... your tips and advice were over the top very helpful.
I somehow found you, researching cast iron molds for baking.
Just recently found a John Wright 'Lion n Lamb. Was quite filthy....so I knew what I was in for.
The details on this mold is beautiful. So I wanted to make sure I got all the Yuckies off and out.
Plus I want......to see the detail in the finished cake/pop-over product.
Wow so good to know about the baking part. I was a bit perplexed on temperatures being Higher or Lower.
Gheeze LaWheeza!!!
You were an Angel to find... I just love when that happens.. Devine intervention is Amazing. There is for sure a funny personality somewhere... but then again...There should be... Huh???
Thanks for being you and helpful. I will keep all your advice in my brainchild harddrive.."Forever". 😉😊😇 Always Jen N. Ohio
