In the Philippines, mostly, we produce muscovado sugar using the natural process - sugar cane juice extraction, cooking/boiling, drying, sifting. Not the other way around where molasses is added back to sugar. 

In the case of our production process, we can consider our muscovado sugar, vegan. We have buyers that are producing vegan deserts.]]></description>
