Adults can take these vitamins but the amounts of each vitamin in the gummy may not be enough for an adult. They do make adult gummy versions as well. I'd suggest contacting Mary Ruth's directly to see what they say about taking the kid's version as an adult.

In reply to <a href="https://plantprosperous.com/maryruths-kids-multivitamin-gummies-review/#comment-711">Lisa Klaus</a>.

Hi Lisa,
Making sure your child has all their essential vitamins does help with brain development which would in turn help with being able to focus since their body is well-nourished. I haven't read any peer-reviewed scientific studies about specific vitamins helping with focus though.

MaryRuth's does offer a Focus & Attention Herbal Blend for Kids here: https://bit.ly/3cXJsnj

The above is an oral liquid that uses herbalism knowledge for different root and leaf extracts that claim to help children focus better. That may be more of what you're looking for. I always recommend checking with your child's doctor before starting anything, even herbal tinctures.

Hope this helps!
