Thanks, Anya.  Yes, I wouldn&#039;t call this dessert healthy due to the high amount of fat.  Many people assume that a raw or vegan dessert is automatically healthy when it isn&#039;t necessarily the case at all.  This dessert doesn&#039;t have a lot of added sugar and instead uses natural fruit sugars but it still should be treated as an indulgence.]]></description>

Sorry to hear about that, Anna!  One thing I&#039;d ask is whether you used canned coconut milk or the coconut milk from a carton.  The canned version is much thicker and firms up as it should.  You can also pop the cake in the freezer to really get it to firm up.  Hope these tips help.]]></description>
